    Dalton was my agent when I purchased my house back in 2019. Because we were purchasing a house that wasn't built yet, he stayed in contact with me weekly (sometimes daily) regarding updates and making sure that what we wanted or picked out was relayed to the builder. Also, we thought the backsplash in the kitchen was included in the build, but it wasn't. Once we closed on our house, he gifted us the tile and supplies needed to do the backsplash.
